Altar the Mind = A community space for like-minded individuals interested in exploring and learning to navigate the many layers of the energetic makeup of our mind/body/soul/this Universe and reclaim our personal power within this epic human journey.
These classes are meant to be more of an interactive experience/class, rather than me talking ‘at you’ the whole time. Some of the gatherings will include guided breathing practices, mindfulness and awareness meditations, and practices to dive into self-awareness and self-discovery.
I Am listening to Spirit’s guidance on what to focus on as each class arrives, so there is no distinct flow (just yet). You are more than welcome to request certain topics or areas of interest that you would like us to bring focus to!
Every week we will have experiential classes/discussions aimed at exploring topics like
-energy/vibration
-the mind field, it's many layers & how to use it as a tool
-empowerment through awareness and divine contemplation
-metaphysical/energetic reasons for physical ailments/imbalances
-our abilities through our senses & extended senses
-the nervous system & how to regulate
-trauma, ancestral patterns, 'other' lives

I will also be incorporating suggestions, how-to's and guided practices for
-bettering one's daily health & environment
-self-healing, protection and empowerment practices, and
-skills and tools to help you to become the navigator/co-creator of your human experience.
These are Zoom classes. If you cannot make it during the live class time, the recordings will be accessible shortly after to those who have paid.
My hopes is to also offer a chat room for us all in case there are questions, contemplations or suggestions you feel called to share. (I will figure this out in time!)
There will be class the first 4 weeks of the month. (In the case there a 5 Wednesdays in a month, class will be on the first 4)
