A Note About My Offerings:
I provide an array of services that are working with the Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Physical bodies, supporting you in aligning with your unique Soul Song and living your human life on purpose. A lot of these self-healing pursuits are focused on shadow work to reclaim the light and gifts within You. My main focus is creating an environment for You to feel safe and open to receive the energy transmissions and flow into your wholeness and sacred power.

Updates:

In-Person sessions are held at The Sound Temple in Springvale, Maine.
Virtual sessions are also available.

Sliding scale / financial aid may be an option for those in need. I also accept trade/partial trade if it feels in alignment. Simply contact me so we can discuss options.

Life can be a lot sometimes, and can leave us feeling strained, drained or out of alignment. Energy attunements serve as a ‘go to’ for grounding and bringing balance to your energy - body-mind-soul.

ATTUNE INCLUDES
These sessions are intuitively guided, making every experience unique. With the foundation being Reiki and Quantum Energy Work, Attune may also include crystal therapy, sound therapy, light language transmissions, and guided meditation and/or verbal support depending on what surfaces during the session.

Please Note: Deep counsel or guidance is not included in this session due to time. If you require more comprehensive support in navigating significant life transitions or challenges, wish to acquire new self-help skills, or are prepared to confront and overcome fears and shadows, please explore the UPGRADE option, which also includes ATTUNE, OR the RECLAIM option for a more interactive process of facing and dissolving specific fears, pains, behaviors or old patterns.

Creating change often requires a willingness to confront and overcome past wounds, future fears, and self-deprecating beliefs that may be holding us back. This is known as Shadow Work - facing and finding truth within the hidden parts of Self.

Positive change often requires shifts in perspectives, behaviors and beliefs that may be hindering one’s personal evolution.

UPGRADE INCLUDES

These sessions include ATTUNE (see above), plus deeper counsel to help reveal any hidden truths behind challenges, bring clarity of mind and empower the heart and soul.

Depending on your personal needs, your experience may also incorporate techniques to release emotional attachments to the past/future, or offer tools that can support you in future days, such as anxiety relief techniques, methods to open your intuition, and ways to shift your reality to support your goals.

You may also receive an email with Reminders, Suggestions & How To steps following the appointment.

How Often?
There is no right or wrong answer to this, as it all depends on what you are needing for support. Many clients have found that investing in themselves once a month for an UPGRADE session serves their needs to continue moving through the many layers of self-evolution. Some find that one session is sufficient at this time.
I do suggest leaving 7-14 days between sessions for rest, digest and integration of all that took place in the previous time together.


For distance sessions, you will want to have a private space you can be alone/unbothered so that you can feel safe discussing your concerns, feeling and expressing emotion, as well as, relax and receive.

Emotions are powerful energy sources that help us receive, process, and release energy from our environment, thoughts, and daily experiences as they flow through our body.

Unresolved emotions and experiences get stuck in the body and subconscious mind, creating negative feedback loops - repetitious thoughts and life experiences stemming from that blocked energy.

These blocked emotions can eventually lead to mental and physical ailments known as psychophysiological or psychosomatic conditions.

For example, fear of moving forward may cause pain or challenges with the knees or feet, and that fear stems from an experience that is stored in your body/mind.

An emotionally broken heart can lead to heart attacks or poor choices that lead to heart disease.

Agitations can lead to allergies. Shocking experiences can cause asthma or breathing difficulties, and so on.

How it works:
You will sit with your eyes closed as I guide you through connecting with the memory or feeling related to the fear, belief, energy block, or physical ailment we are addressing.
We will locate this connection in the body and use a combination of guided meditation, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), breathwork, and energy work to initiate somatic and mental release.
Additionally, we aim to expand your perspective, embody any lessons this experience offers, and release the emotional attachment to the area of focus, bringing acceptance and empowerment.

In order for your Soul to thrive in this human experience, there are some core foundations that most of the educational and parenting systems missed growing up (for the majority of us here in the western world). You know, the ones that guide us through how to actually do this human thing and operate this human body and complex mind.

I am honored to share the main tools that I feel to be the most worthy of space in your daily regime. They help to ground and stabilize your energy/mind/body/soul while you navigate your way through the waves of life. They help you to regulate your nervous system and awaken your mind, allowing you to respond to and co-create with life rather than unconsciously reacting to everything around you.

If you choose to invest in multiple sessions, we will be able to move through many layers of these practices customized to your personal flow, desires and needs.
