If you want to innerstand the universe, the body and this human experience, think in terms of energy, vibration and frequency. Everything you see, feel, sense, create is all made of energy. Energy is vibration. Vibration is sound.
So it only makes sense that when we have 'stuck' energy due to stress, exhaustion, fear, trauma and other unresolved thoughts, beliefs, emotions or physical accident, these entangled and stuck energies simply need support in being untangled, resolved, reconnected and brought back to wholeness, to harmony. The sacred sound from these instruments can do that.
The Gong is probably one of the most powerful sound healing tools on the planet. Each brand is made with different metals, with most of them offering hundreds of frequencies to help your body and mind surrender, release and evolve in the most profound ways.
I love all the instruments I play, but the gong holds a special place in both my own self-healing practice and public offerings, as it can rumble the depths, helping us to see, feel and get to know parts of our consciousness we didn't even know existed.
It is my honor to introduce you to these magical tools, equip you with the skills and understandings of how to work with these instruments for your own meditation, self-healing and self-discovery practices.

Class Details & Registration:
Where: my hale in Waialua on North Shore Oahu
Arrival Time: Arrive between 12:30-12:45PM to park and get settled in so we can begin promptly at 1PM.
Snacks: 45 min - If you feel called to bring some snacks, you can keep it in my fridge. I will have a few vegan snacks for you. *Please, no MEAT in the hale. Dairy/Eggs okay.
