We will utilize the natural powers of Breath, Meditation and Sound Therapy.

1st Monday - Breath + Sound Meditation

The breath is the number one self-healer! First Mondays offer guided breathing practices followed by Sound Meditation. You will learn breathing techniques found to reduce stress, restore the nervous system, lower blood pressure, improve circulation, enhance brain function and more.

In addition to the all the breath benefits, Sound Meditation helps to quiet the monkey mind, offers anxiety and depression relief, reduces pain, improves memory and sleep quality, and helps us access deep rest and rejuvenation.


 2nd Monday - Sound Meditation

Second Mondays will include a short guided meditation into relaxation and a full sound meditation utilizing the Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Vocal Toning & more. This is probably one of the easier forms of meditation, as the sound helps to quiet the monkey mind for you.

Sound Meditation has been proven to bring profound resolution to stress and anxiety, reduces pain and high blood pressure, improves circulation and memory, and enhances sleep quality, while offering the opportunity to feel lighter, clearer, uplifted and inspired.


3rd Monday - Mindfulness + Sound Meditation

Third Mondays will offer varying forms of mindfulness meditation and ending the class with a sound meditation which will include Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Vocal Toning & more.

Mindfulness enhances our presence and awareness in daily life, allowing us to live fully instead of dwelling on the past or future. It reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, boosts memory, and improves life quality. Practice being here, now.


4th Monday - Yoga Nidra + Sound Meditation

Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a form of non-movement yoga for the mind. This guided meditation promotes deep physical rest while keeping the mind alert, allowing you to achieve greater self-awareness and foster positive life changes.

Fourth Mondays offer varying forms of Yoga Nidra, ending the class with sound meditation. The sound meditation may include Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Vocal Toning & more.


5th Mondays - NO Class.
