Suggestions on What to BRING:
a) Singing Bowl: There will be singing bowls to practice on AND bowls for sale, however, if you have your own, feel free to bring it to practice with!
b) Comfy Mat, Cushion or Chair - Regular chairs & yoga mats will be provided. We will be sitting for a good portion of the workshop, so if you want a comfier chair/cushion, consider bringing one.
c) Clothing layers - temperature in the space fluctuates. Bring what you need to be comfortable.
d) Drinking Water - There is no filtered water available yet at this location.
e) Journal or Notebook & Pen to take notes

a) Park in spots along the FRONT & LEFT SIDE of building on Bradeen St. You can also park in the large back parking lot if need be. (See Map Below)
b) Enter through door on BRADEEN Street
c) Go downstairs OR take elevator down to “1” floor
d) Walk all the way down the hallway. We are on the left.

This is a space of focus, learn new skills & embrace self-healing. If you wish to bring your child, please ask yourself if they can listen & participate for the full length of class with everyone else? If not, out of respect for everyone (including yourself), have your child pass on this one so you can rest.

If you still wish for your child to learn how to use sound to self-soothe, please contact me to discuss setting up one for children/parents in the future. Thank you for understanding!
