This online gathering is dedicated to creating shared space with our fellow sisters and brothers to Connect and Share what’s alive in us right now, leaving behind any reason to hide who we truly are and what we are feeling.
You can be excited about life, or you can be feeling overwhelmed/challenged. We are all experiencing life in infinite ways right now, and it’s perfect just the way it is.
Simply being in the presence of others who care and are willing to be vulnerable together can helps us to move through challenging, transformational times like these.
Whether you feel called to share or quietly be in our shared presence, please know You are welcome!
Please RSVP - we will be creating and holding space for up to 10 people. This way everyone has a chance to share within the allotted time if they so wish.
Collective Agreements:
1) Honor Your Needs - We all are individually responsible for taking care of our own needs. If you need to leave at any time please do so. If you need help/support in expressing and/or working through your feelings, please feel safe in asking for that help.
2) Lean In - Sharing about our feelings can be challenging, and yet, it is this openness to be vulnerable that allows for deeper connection, more clarity and deeper release. Fear represents an opportunity to be brave.
3) Expect Nothing & Receive Everything. We are not gathering for the purpose of healing or finding absolute answers to our feelings/challenges, however, this space can offer perspective to possible answers, inspiration and self-healing.
4) Chill Out - Allow this gathering to be a chill space of listening, sharing and enjoying each others presence, stories and insights.
5) Respect Confidentiality - If someone asks for confidentiality on their shares, please respect that by not repeating their stories/name outside the gathering. You are responsible for requesting it, this is #1 in this list - Honor Your Needs.
