We will be engaging in the limitless, synergistic powers of the breath, movement and sound. Allow Tara and Sarah to guide you through an enlightening experience of discovering deeper levels of your potentials for self-healing while creating an environment for a more balanced body, heart and mind.

The Yin Flow Yoga, facilitated by Tara Lavery may flow more toward restorative or yin depending on the energy & needs of the class. SuperNova Sarah will provide sound therapy utilizing the gongs, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls and more throughout the experience. The healing and empowering effects of the yoga + sound is one that cannot be described, but only felt.
