So, our intention for this Self-Care Sunday is to utilize sacred sound to help us ground into our body/temple & enhance our relationship of Body and Soul.

Our body offers us this human experience, the ability to manifest/create, and it also gifts us access to so much wisdom and guidance...if we would only create space to feel, listen and learn his/her/their language. 

Today will include:
-Cacao - sacred heart-opening plant medicine (non-psychedelic)
-Sarah sharing some perspectives on building a partnership with your temple
-Toning Activation with our voice
-Sound Journey with Gong, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Light Language & more...

*You will receive $5 for every person you refer to this event.
*Rules:
-You must be a paying attendee.
-They must put your name as a referral on intake form when they purchase their ticket.
-They must pay in full and show up for the class.
-You will receive payment either day of or within 1-3 business days (via venmo/ca$h app/PayPal).

What to Bring:

-Yoga mat, pillows, anything that helps with comfort & warmth (This space has A/C!)
-Eye mask to block out light aka sensory deprivation (I have some for purchase)
-Drinking water - refill station available
-Journal for setting intentions/documenting experience
-Crystals or other sacred items you wish to connect with & supercharge in sound vibes
