extra LONG Sound Journeys, Yoga, Meditation & Organic Vegan Food!
You’re invited to GO WITHIN and EXPLORE the mystical realms of your very own INNERVERSE.
In today’s world, most are immersed in the metaverse with endless technology, external communication and busy-ness serving other’s needs. While there are infinite realities being created in the Metaverse which can serve to be useful in certain ways, it is important that we remember that we have all we could ever need and more flowing within and through us.
Just like the internet, our inner-world has the ability to connect us to the Akashas and gift us access to vision, creativity, intelligence, guidance and more….if we would only create the space to Tune In and listen, observe, feel and download what we want to take with us into the physical reality.

I’ve created this day for You to be verbally silent, with no needs to give anyone outside of you any attention. This day is for YOU to exit the matrix and dive into the infinite wisdom flowing through your inner-world.

REQUIREMENTS: Please make sure you’re in alignment!
*Willing to share the full day with no talking. If you need anything, please pull me aside during lunch time or call one of the volunteers aside.
*Arrival BY 9:15am
*Must be able to attend the full day.
*Must be able to lay down for long periods of time (2-3 hour increments). You are able to quietly go to the back of the room or outside to stretch/take a break if needed.
OPTIONS:
$125 - Day Retreat - includes all activities. Does not include food/snacks. You may bring your own - choosing vegan & as organic/less processed as possible is suggested to keep you’re energy lighter/clearer. Purchase HERE
$155 - Day Retreat + Food - Organic Plant-Based Lunch, Veggies, Fruits catered by Moksha. Includes Vegan Curry w/rice, Salad, Veggie/hummus platter, fruit & tea. Order by 10am Friday, March 18th.

Discounted $ for Volunteers - If you’re looking for a discount or might be willing to extend a little energy to help me out with important things, let’s chat! Please note, these things may require a little bit of talking.

-staying Up to 1 hour late to help me clean up & carry my equipment downstairs (need ability to carry up to 45lbs for this one!)

REFUNDS: I understand, life happens! However, please be mindful how much time/effort goes into these types of events and the importance of being able to offer space to those in need. If you truly need to cancel, timing and communication is everything.
If you ordered food, cancellations for full refund needs to be before March 13. If cancelled after the 13th but before , you forfeit food costs $30.
Full Refunds, minus food costs $30, if cancelled by March 18th.
