This Full Blood Moon / Lunar Eclipse is going to be one you want to prep and ground your energy & mind for!
*The moon will turn blood red/orange due to the Eclipse, so this is why it’s called a ‘blood moon’.
The full moon and eclipse are coming up on Tuesday early morning (8th), and this combo is bound to create some chaotic energies. While Full Moons support us in seeing truth, letting go and positive change, they also can stimulate states of overwhelm, anxiety or psychosis. Mix this with an eclipse and the potency grows. So, grounding and caring for your energy, mind and emotions is super important! Thankfully the sound journeys can help with that!
