Through gentle, conscious movement & intentional breath blended with sacred sound we reach deep states of meditation and rejuvenation.

Yin Flow with Tara Lavery is a nurturing practice with slow, mellow movements to open, unwind and realign the body & mind!

SuperNova Sarah provides Cosmic healing sounds with Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls and other sacred instruments throughout the entire class.

Gentle Yoga + Sacred Sound + lengthened Savasana = Bliss.

All levels welcome!
