About the facilitator
Sarah Daigle began her journey of learning proper breathing techniques in 2011. She struggled with severe anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and various health challenges. The practice of deep breathing offered her the foundation to eliminate the panic attacks, reduce and overcome the anxiety and depression, and significantly improve her overall health.
After years of study, Sarah discovered the vital role of breath in cultivating a healthy body and mind, and now dedicates her life to teaching others how to use breathwork to improve their lives.
