About the facilitator:
Sarah Daigle has been practicing meditation and mindfulness since 2012 and began guiding others in 2014. In her own personal journey, mindfulness has improved her quality of life in numerous ways, including diminishing what were once debilitating anxiety attacks, improving her focus and memory, and creating a sense of calm in times of overwhelm.
