Are you one of the warrior parents out there needing, wanting and DESERVING some relaxation and rejuvenation of Yoga & Sound Therapy…while still needing to tend to your little ones?! Are you looking to introduce the practice of yoga, breathwork and meditation to your little warriors as well?! This class was created for You!

This class is open to all parents and kids 7yrs and older. It will be a fun class to share with family/friends and a great way to start the New Year!

A class that is great for Every Body, you will be guided through a gentle yoga, intentional breathing, mindful movements, yin style postures and a long restorative savasana while being serenaded by the magical sacred sounds of the gongs, crystal singing bowls and more.

Come share the gifts of yoga with your loved ones and create a bond that can be experienced together forever! Come immerse yourself in the rejuvenating vibrations of sound. Come share the LOVE!
