REST & RESET
Yoga Nidra + Sound Meditation
A guided practice to relax your body, unwind your mind and rest deeply while connecting more with what matters most in this moment - You. We complete the session with sacred sounds of the gong and singing bowls to further support the rest and reset of your body, mind and spirit.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep; A guided meditation guiding the body into deep sleep and encouraging the mind to remain awake.
It is in this quiet space that the nervous system receives the rest and reset it needs, and the mind gets clearer, allowing access to the bliss and wisdom within.
Sound Meditation - Allowing for deeper healing and freedom, we will bask in the sacred sounds of the Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls and more.
Helps with:
*Relaxation, healing and rejuvenation to the nervous system, improving sleep patterns and overall energy levels - Energy Reset.
*Releasing stress, anxiety, overwhelm & overriding old patterns/behaviors.
*Creating new neural pathways & patterns - enhancing brain/mental/emotional function and abilities, while supporting the overcoming of trauma and deeply engrained unsupportive patterns.
*Opening the practitioner to a sense of wholeness, a coming home, a remembering of who you truly are.
*Accessing that space where epiphanies are birthed - that 'inner' knowing, supporting creative flow and soul alignment.
