SOUND JOURNEY for TEENS & GUARDIANS
This is a complementary opportunity for you - the parent or guardian - and your teen to explore the profound benefits of sound meditation, together.
I’ve had many parents wonder if their child will enjoy sound meditation with concern if they would sit still for a full class. Here’s your chance to find out!
Vibroacoustic therapies help to bring ease and balance to the body, heart, and mind.
Sound Meditation is the Easiest form of meditation I’ve found thus far. The sound guides you into a restful, meditative state, so no experience is necessary.
The goal is to be able to sit/lay still for the full class with NO gadgets.
Suggested ages: 10-18 yrs old.
Sarah will offer a little preparation info before we begin, then we flow into a short guided meditation and sound journey.
Sound Benefits:
Rest & Rejuvenation,
Stress, Anxiety & Depression Relief,
Pain & Inflammation Relief,
Enhanced Sleep Patterns,
Improved Cognition & Memory,
Feel Lighter, Clearer & Uplifted,
+ many more.
Simply lay/sit back, close your eyes and allow the sacred sounds of the Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Vocal Tones and more to help you feel relaxed and empowered at this time.
Arrival Time: 4-4:25pm - Arrival and settling in. Enjoy the use of Oracle Cards before we begin.
Doors Close: 4:25pm
