Suggestions on WHAT TO BRING:
TO NOTE:
These are not 100% necessary but can support you in having a more comfortable experience.
There are some mats, blankets, bolsters, and chairs available to borrow, however, bring whatever you feel you may need to lay/sit for 1.5 hours.

a) Yoga mat or Cushioned Mat / something comfy to lay / sit on (there are a few mats & a couple chairs available for use. If you need a chair, reserve ahead of time to be sure we have one available.)
b) Pillows / bolster - for under the head, back or knees. Lower back pain = pillow under the knees; Snorer = Pillow under head/upper back can help open airways. Bring as many pillows, blankets and cushions you may need. (There are a few bolsters for use - suggested $1 donation to help w/laundry.) Ideas on how to set up Your Comfort Nest HERE.
c) Blanket or Layers for temperature changes. It's easier to rest when you are at a comfortable temp. (A few blankets to borrow)
d) Water flask / Drinking Water in case you get thirsty during the experience.

Additional Suggestions:
e) Eye Cover - Eye Mask, scarf or something to cover your eyes (blocks out any light in the space and enhances your other sensories, including inner vision - sensory deprivation)
f) Journal or something to write on/with for intention setting. Journals available in the wellness shop.
g) Sacred Objects to re-energize in the sound vibrations (crystals, talismans, wands, jewelry, etc.)

Please be advised - AGE REQUIREMENT:
This is a space of relaxation. If you wish to bring your child, please ask yourself if they can lay still for 2 hours and rest with everyone else. If not, out of respect for everyone (including yourself), have your child pass on this one so you can rest.
Thank you for understanding.
