Energy Exchange:
Free for all. Donations Graciously Accepted.
RSVP: No RSVP required. There is LIMITED SPACE, so arrive early to claim your space.
Bring:
The more comfortable you are, the more you will be able to relax into the experience.
*Yoga Mat, pillow or something comfy to sit or lay on - bring whatever cushioning you may need to allow you to lay for 45+ minutes is a great idea!
*Blanket, Sheet or something warm for temperature changes
*Eye mask, scarf or something to cover your eyes from the daylight (blocks out any light in the space and allows you to go deeper - sensory deprivation)
*Water for drinking
*Journal or something to write on/with can help you to remember and process your experience
*Please avoid sleeping bags or any clothing that make a lot of noise

Possible Contraindications:
*If you are sensitive to sound in any way but still feel called to join, bringing ear plugs in case you need them is highly suggested.
*Those with seizure disorders may find the sound to be uncomfortable or overstimulating, so one should attend with caution. I have had a few clients with seizure disorders find comfort and ease by laying farther away from the instruments, while some weren’t bothered by the sound at all. Please let me know if you have this condition. Having ear plugs on hand can be of support.
*Hearing aids - you may want to turn them off during the experience or test them with the sound with me before we begin. Even those that are unable to hear have extraordinary experiences by being immersed in and feeling the vibracoustic sounds.
*Tinnitus - Tinnitus affects each person differently, therefore, the sounds of the instruments may trigger tinnitus for some, while having no triggering affect on others at all. If you have tinnitus and feel called to attend, please proceed with caution and arrive early to test the best place in the room for your comfort. Having ear plugs on hand can be of support.
Please be advised - age requirement: This is a space of relaxation. If you wish to bring your child, please ask yourself if they can lay still for 30-60 minutes and rest with everyone else. If not, out of respect for everyone (including yourself), have your child pass on this one so you can rest.
If you still wish for your child to experience sound therapy, please contact me to discuss setting up one for children/parents in the future. Thank you for understanding!
